Let It Move Through You // A Gentle Reminder

Let It Move Through You // A Gentle Reminder

In our lifetimes we experience so much.
Some positive, some negative.
And we cling to our experiences.
We cling to the outcome we desire, cling to the pain caused.
We take the energy and make it stagnant, by attaching to it, leeching to it, off of it.
There is no good done in this, there is no positive effect.
The lesson does not become more powerful, the healing does not come easier.
We need to be more aware, more open, more understanding.
Look for the lessons
Find peace in the process
When something comes to your energy field, allow it.
Let it teach you ~ good or bad.
Let it move through you, as you move through the lesson.
Let it flow though you with Divine rhythm.
Do not cling, do not attach.
Explore, learn, grow

  1. When you embrace life, positives and negatives become one. Everything that has and will happen are all connected. How we think, take or interpret any given situation is partly a matter of choice.

    1. That is so incredibly true. I have to figure out how to write about that as well. Thank you for the inspiration. I myself live my life that way, but I notice in many around me the two are drastically separate. Love & Light

  2. Very true…we need to learn from our experiences but not hold on to it and get attached. But reality is far more difficult..most of the times its impossible to separate oneslef from the events and experiences

    1. I respectfully have to disagree. You could not be more wrong. Reality is that you own your life, choices, and reactions. May I suggest the book The Big Leap? I get the feeling you could benefit from it and it could help clear some things for you.

  3. I apologize if this comment shows up more than once.
Between the beautiful image of the water roaring gently over the rocks and the meaningful text, I think I’ve had my afternoon meditation!
It’s incredibly difficult to pull yourself out of a rut caused by negative thoughts from the more unfortunate aspects of life. It’s definitely best to try to find the silver linings and learn something from every experience, good or bad.

    1. Thank you for the incredibly kind words. It warms my heart so deeply to know that what I am wishing to accomplish with my writings is resonant and a beautiful experience for those who align with it. Thank you for your share! Come back anytime you need an inspired meditation. A new Gentle Reminder goes up every friday 😉

  4. This was a beautiful reminder, thank you for sharing!

I especially adored these words “look for the lessons. Find peace in the process” because every challenge I have ever been presented with has always offered me a better path.

Keep up the beautiful work! 🙂

  5. Complete surrender is what makes us learn and embibe from each other, good or bad. And so true if only we allow it to flow through us will we truly experience.

  6. I am a strong believer that experiences whether they are good or bad build us and develop us. A beautiful piece.

  7. My spouse and I absolutely love your blog and find nearly all of your post’s to be what precisely I’m looking for. Do you offer guest writers to write content in your case? I wouldn’t mind publishing a post or elaborating on a few of the subjects you write related to here. Again, awesome blog!
